Hi, I'm JohnPaul, and I'm currently a fourth-year PhD candidate in Geophysics at the University of Rochester. I study near-surface processes, with a focus on hill slope diffusion in permafrost-rich environments and other planetary bodies. I'm passionate about science communication and science policy, working to bridge the gap between technical jargon in the scientific world and accessible information. My goal is to help create informed, sound science policies that guide decision-making and support sustainable goals.
